Most bad quotes start with the wrong product name. Someone in Dubai says “send this to Lagos” and means a suitcase of clothes. Someone else means eight pallets of shop stock. Someone else means a full container, or a phone that has to fly this week. Those are five different Brightview services. Here is how to pick before you message the office.
The standard box
Book this when the load fits one carton: 71 cm × 46 cm × 46 cm, up to 50 kg.
- Ghana, Cameroon, and Nigeria are AED 400, customs included. See Nigeria and Cameroon.
- Uganda, Gabon, and Sierra Leone are AED 450. Ask the office about customs for those three before you pack.
- We deliver the empty box anywhere in the UAE. You pay AED 100 then, and the balance when we collect it packed.
- Collection is from the warehouse in the destination city: Tema, Douala, Lagos, Abuja, Kampala, Libreville, or Freetown.

Courier
Book courier for a parcel or documents, door to door. The published courier destinations include the UAE, Ghana, Cameroon, and Nigeria, plus other places the office confirms. There is no public courier tariff on this site. Send what it is, and the team quotes it.
LCL, the shared container
Book LCL when you have more than a household box and less than a full container. Weekly groupage from the UAE runs only to Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Gabon, and Sierra Leone. Kenya is on the LCL list. Kenya is not a standard-box destination.
You pay for your share of the container, and you wait for that week’s consolidation to close. That trade-off is the product. The longer explanation is LCL from Dubai without the jargon.
FCL, your own container
Book FCL when the cargo needs the whole container. FCL is available to every location, not only the LCL list. Collections start anywhere in the UAE, and bookings can also start in China, Japan, or Europe. Rates are quoted. Cars and other large items are special rates. Ask, do not assume the box price applies.
Air cargo
Book air cargo when the shipment cannot wait for the sea schedule. It covers Africa, Asia, and Europe, airport to airport or door to door. There is no published “it takes X days” figure on this website. If someone offers you air-cargo speed at LCL money, they are describing a different company.
What to send so the quote is real
One message, four facts: what it is, roughly how heavy, how big, and which city. Add your UAE area if you want a collection. Photos of the cargo help. A voice note that says “the usual” does not.
