What people get wrong on the first attempt
They treat 50 kg as a target instead of a ceiling. A box that is crammed until the flaps will not close is a problem for the truck, the warehouse, and whoever has to lift it in Tema. Leave a little air. Heavy items at the bottom. Liquids taped, then bagged, then taped again.
They also forget that this is a home-collection service in the UAE, not a post-office counter. You request the box, fill it where you live, and the team collects it. On the Ghana side, collection from the Tema warehouse is included in that published offer. We do not invent extra “door-to-door in Accra” claims here. How to book without a long email chain

Bring a list of what is inside. Not because we are nosy. Customs and the warehouse need a plain description, and you will want that list if a relative in Tema opens the carton and asks where the second bottle of oil went.
After it leaves Dubai
You should get a waybill. Keep it. You can check the number on Track a shipment once the operations team has recorded the locker package or the shipment. If nothing shows yet, it usually means the carton has not been entered. That is a phone call or a WhatsApp, not a guess.
The Ghana box is not a mystery product. It is a measured carton, a published price, and a warehouse in Tema. Pack it like you will not see it again for a while, because you will not.
