When do I pay?
Pay AED 100 when the empty box is delivered to your location in the UAE. After you fill it, we collect the box and you pay the balance of AED 300.

Yes. We deliver the box to your location in the UAE. Free pickup and delivery within the UAE — no extra or hidden charges.
Where do I collect the box after it arrives?
Ghana boxes are collected free from the warehouse in Tema. Cameroon boxes are collected free from the warehouse in Douala. Nigeria boxes are collected free from the warehouses in Lagos and Abuja.
Does the price include customs?
Yes. AED 400.00 includes shipping and customs clearance in Ghana, Cameroon, or Nigeria, depending on the box you request.
Can I request more than one box?
Yes. Use the quantity field on a destination card, or write how many boxes you need in the additional details on the form.
How do I pay for a box?
