The sentence that causes the most trouble is a kind one. “They will bring it to the house.” Sometimes a family hears that from a friend, or from an old booking with a different company, and they wait at a gate in Accra while the carton is in Tema.
Here is the published offer, by city.
- Ghana: free collection from the warehouse in Tema
- Cameroon: free collection from the warehouse in Douala
- Nigeria: free collection from the warehouses in Lagos and Abuja
- Uganda: warehouse collection in Kampala
- Gabon: warehouse collection in Libreville
- Sierra Leone: warehouse collection in Freetown
Those lines match the request a box pages. Pickup of the empty box, and collection of the full one, inside the UAE, are included. The African end of a standard box is the warehouse, not a surprise doorstep.
Tell the collector three things
Which city. The waybill number. What the carton roughly contains, so they know they have the right one. Track shows the record once it has been entered: a masked name, the route when it is on the file, and the status the office has saved. It does not show a full street address, and it will not invent scans. If you need a person, +971 52 492 9941.
For Nigeria, “the warehouse” is not enough. Lagos and Abuja are both real. The person travelling to the wrong one loses a day. Put the city in the booking, and again in the message you send home.
If you need more than warehouse collection
Ask before you pack. We would rather say yes or no while the box is still in Dubai than leave someone negotiating at a counter. Door-to-door, as a product, is the courier conversation, and it is not automatically included in AED 400 or AED 450.
Ghana, Cameroon, and Nigeria include customs clearance in the box price. Uganda, Gabon, and Sierra Leone: ask about customs first. A collector who arrives without knowing that difference has a harder afternoon than they needed.
The office, if you want to confirm a collection city in person, is 86 Amman St, Al Qusais Industrial Fifth, Dubai. Bring the waybill. A description of the tape colour is not a reference.
