People do not ask “where is my cargo?” because they enjoy logistics. They ask because a relative is waiting in Tema, Douala, Lagos, or Abuja, and WhatsApp has gone quiet.
Brightview now has a public Track page. It is not a separate system. It reads the same web panel the office uses for shipments and locker packages. If the number is in that panel, the page can show it. If it is not, the page will say so. That is more useful than a fake “in transit” bar.
What the number is
It is the waybill on your confirmation. Many Brightview numbers start with a prefix such as BFL or WIL, then digits. Type it carefully. A missing letter is enough for a miss.
Two kinds of record show up:
- A shipment is the international movement: warehouse, in transit, delivered, plus the mode and agency recorded on the waybill.
- A locker package is intake in Dubai: registered, pending, payment checks, paid. That is warehouse work before the cargo is forwarded.
Do not expect a locker status to mean “arrived in Ghana.” It does not.
What you will not see
The public page hides full street addresses, emails, phone numbers, and charges. You will see a masked name, origin and destination when they are on the file, packaging, and weight. That is deliberate.
There is also no invented scan history. If the panel only has the date the record was created, that is the date we show. We will not draw extra airport stamps to make the timeline look busy.
If the search comes back empty
Three ordinary reasons: the number is wrong, the team has not entered the carton yet, or you are looking at a courier reference from another company. Message the Brightview team on WhatsApp at +971 52 492 9941 and send the number. Email admin@brightviewlogistics.com if you would rather write.
If you have not shipped yet, you do not need tracking. You need a booking. Start with Request a box for Ghana, Cameroon, or Nigeria, or contact for LCL, FCL, and air cargo.
Keep the waybill. The Track page is only as good as the number you were given, and the number is only as good as the day someone in Dubai typed it in.
