Returns & Refunds policy

. REFUND POLICY:

BrightView Freight and Logistics maintains a transparent refund policy to protect both the customer and the company.

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

A refund will ONLY be issued under the following condition:

If the company breaches or fails to fulfill the agreed delivery contract.

Examples of company breach include:

Loss of goods due to negligence

Damage caused directly by company mishandling

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

The customer violates any company policy

Goods are confiscated due to prohibited or illegal items

Shipment is delayed due to customs inspections, natural disasters, strikes, or any force majeure event

The customer submits falsified information, undervalues goods, or hides restricted/illegal items

The customer fails to provide a payment receipt

2.3 Refund Processing

All refund requests must be accompanied by an official BrightView receipt

Eligible refunds may take 7–14 business days to process

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the transaction
